García Magliona is always looking for highly motivated lawyers with an impeccable professional background.  Numerous elements are considered at the time new members join the firm. They may include high grades at university, both undergraduate and graduate, assistantships, publications, conferences, research and the like.  Applications must be accompanied by a résumé describing education, professional experience, publications and presentations, academic and/or community activities, memberships, scholarships and other awards and languages (preferably English). The résumé must be accompanied by a grade transcript that includes ranking and all relevant information.
